Bluebonnet Circle Monster Mash Campout Registration (For 7th-12th Grade Girl Scouts).

DATE: November 8-10, 2024 WHERE: Camp Rocky River Ranch in Wimberley, TX ABOUT: Monster Mash is our Service Unit's campout designed for older Girl Scouts. This campout is meant to be a means for the girls to bond with one another and keep them in Girl Scouts. For this reason, we offer some additional fee organized activities but want the girls to also have time to enjoy Rocky River Ranch on their own as a troop. Many of the events at this campout are completely girl led! REGISTRATION FEE: The base cost to attend Monster Mash campout is $35 per person (girls and adults). This includes lodging, access to the sports court and ga-ga pit, haunted house, and additional evening events, and a patch. Additional fee activities and meal plan are available for sign up below. ADULT ATTENDEES: We limit the number of adults attending with your troop to Safety-Wise adults only (although if you have extenuating circumstances and need additional adults to attend please note that in the "any additional info" field at the end of this registration form). MEALS: Friday night dinner is on-your-own. Either eat before you come, bring a sack dinner with you, or bring your own supplies and cook-out over a campfire. Your troop may elect to purchase the $30 per person meal plan for all 3 Saturday meals. Sunday breakfast is also on-your-own. Bring an easy grab-n-go style snack and plan on eating a real meal once back at home. LODGING: Lodging will be assigned based on maximizing attendance. Please do not request certain cabins. All lodging is climate controlled with electricity. Priority will be keeping troops together. Please be advised that all troops will be required to share cabins with other troops. REGISTRATION CHANGES/REFUNDS: Payment is due upon registration form submission. Your registration will not be locked in until payment is received. We will not be able to offer refunds for any reason.
