Bluebonnet Circle's Fall Frenzy Camp Champions Campout 2024
DATE: Nov 1-3
WHERE: Camp Champions in Marble Falls, TX
REGISTRATION FEE: The cost to attend the Service Unit campout is $95 per Girl Scout and $80 per adult. This includes lodging, activities, 4 meals, and a patch.
GIRL ATTENDEES: This campout is open to all registered Bluebonnet Circle Girl Scouts 1st-6th grades. ADULT ATTENDEES: Please limit adult attendees to Safety-Wise numbers when at all possible. All adult attendees MUST be registered Girl Scout adults with completed and verified background checks. At least one adult per troop must have Let's Go 1 & 2 training, youth protection training, and current CPR/First Aid training.
ACTIVITIES: Troops will have 5-6 activities scheduled on Saturday. A link to possible activities can be found here: https://www.outdoorschool.com/wp-content/uploads/2022/02/Girl-Scout-Weekend-Campout-Information-Packet.pdf (ignore the 2022 date - activities remain consistent!). Please note: not all activities are available for all age ranges or offered every weekend. We will handle registration for activities one month prior to campout directly with leaders of troops attending. MEALS: Friday night dinner is on-your-own. Either eat before you come or bring a sack dinner with you. Meals will be provided in the dining all for all 3 Saturday meals and Sunday breakfast. LODGING: Troops will be cabin camping (cabins are not climate controlled but do have electricity). Lodging will be assigned based on maximizing attendance. All cabins sleep 12-14 people. We will be keeping troops together as much as possible. Please be advised that all troops not filling an entire cabin themselves will be required to share cabins with other troops. Priority will be placed on putting age group troops together if at all possible (ex: Daisy troops will share cabins with other Daisy troops).
REGISTRATION: **Leaders, please begin discussions with your troop regarding signing up for this campout now. Registration must be made at a troop-level by the troop leader (or designated adult)**

CHANGES/REFUNDS: Changes in registration numbers can be made directly in the registration form and will be accepted up until October 1st, 2024 (the day payment is due). No changes or refunds will be given after October 1st.
