About the event
1) CELEBRATE! Give your scout a week's worth of activities for Spring Break or challenge your troop to a competition, all while celebrating the founding of Girl Scouts using this BINGO card!
2) Earn a fun patch(es?) and be entered to win a gift card when you submit your BINGO HERE (five activities in a row, column or diagonal).
3) Sunday, March 17, 5-8pm, stop by Le Madeleine Arboretum during Girl Scout spirit night supporting the GIRL Campaign, to pick up your patch (maybe even a surprise patch depending on which squares you complete!). Patches not picked up will be distributed through the service unit troop mail boxes. BE SURE TO MENTION YOU ARE WITH GIRL SCOUTS WHEN YOU MAKE AN IN-PERSON or TAKE OUT order (online orders not eligible).
4) Upload pictures of your scout participating in Bingo activities here and the picture might be included in the Bluebonnet SU Newsletter!
All Girl Scouts are encouraged to participate in Girl Scout Week. All Girl Scouts in the Bluebonnet Service Unit are invited to participate in Girl Scout Week BINGO.
A little history
Girl Scout Week is celebrated each March, starting with Girl Scout Sunday and ending with Girl Scout Sabbath on a Saturday, and it always includes Girl Scouts’ birthday, March 12. Girl Scouts’ birthday commemorates the special day in 1912 when Juliette Gordon Low officially registered the organization's first 18 members in Savannah, Georgia.
